THE FIFTH ELEMENT

The movie was called Zaltman Bleros when I started my journey on this project. A combination of circumstances, a magical encounter and it was time for 1 year of graphic research. During the day, I worked on the production and at night I worked on my comics. I ate, showered, slept in the offices with the guards' dogs, in short, I think I became a permanent fixture. A second period of 6 months designing at Pinewood under easier circumstances followed. The movie finally became The fifth element. So many superb encounters, artists, architects, technicians… So many talents and beautiful people met around this unlikely and magical piece…
